The 2021 World Championship included a full scale cinematic sci fi production, for which Athena created over 100 original character looks to populate the city Zaun. The 13 minute short film included animation, music videos and massive sets featuring performances from Imagine Dragons, Bea Miller and JID. Once again Athena and their team delivered incredible designs, bringing the Netflix animated series Arcane into a live action spectacle. Athena’s creative vision extended so far they were also credited as a creative producer on the project.
