Tessa Violet’s music video for MY GOD was inspired by the embrace of sexual empowerment. Athena and Tessa collaborated to create a cult of futuristic space nuns that worship pleasure in this fun and energetic dance video. Continuing the pink color palette of the album, the dancers wore hot pink plastic nun habits, headdresses and bodysuits that paid tribute to sci-fi classics like Barbarella. Tessa embodied both the leader of the pleasure cult, and God Herself, resplendent in a yellow corseted vinyl gown and glistening halo.
